Abstract
Gynandroblastoma is a rare subtype of sex-cord stromal tumor that possesses features of both Sertoli-Leydig and granulosa cell tumors. Patients may present with either estrogenic or androgenic symptoms. Thought to be benign, most tumors are diagnosed at a low stage and the ultimate behavior is predicted by the differentiation and subtype of each element.
