Simple scaling laws for the spectrum of the backscattered radiation of an electron by an intense laser, according to the classical theory was constructed. These solutions show that an intense laser with a=O(1), together with a most energetic counterpropagating electron beam, would produce the combined largest frequency up-shift and brightest backscatter power.
