Abstract

In this study, a new version of the design that focused on the polar graph display control panel was developed based on a real production process. The main purpose of this control panel is to maintain the six process parameters within the control range. The original and the new design versions were compared using the computer-based simulation production processing. An experiment was conducted to evaluate the efficiency of the new polar graph display control panel and compared to the existing display control panel. The research result showed that the polar Graph display was a successful method for the control panel design.
