Abstract

A report on synthesis of CoPt hard magnetic nanoparticle films by high temperature chemical reduction was presented. It was shown that the chemical ordering and the magnetic properties of the CoPt particles were not affected by the partial cyrstallization of the alumina matrix. It was found that the pores of the porous alumina film substrate were partially covered with CoPt particles and hard magnetic film posseses maze-like domain structure.
