Abstract

The authors regret that an error has been identified in Fig. 9 of their published article. In the upper panel, the Comp-1 (1) image had been inadvertently pasted in the place of Comp-2 (2) during image assembly. The corrected figure is provided below. This correction does not alter the conclusion of the original paper. Fig. 9. Effect of 1 and 2 on mineralization of BMC. BMCs (2 × 105 cells) were seeded in 12-well plates and incubated with 1 nM 1 or 2 for 21 days. At the end of incubation, cells were fixed and stained with alizarin red-S (upper panel – representative photomicrograph). Stain was extracted and OD measured colorimetrically (lower panel). Values were obtained from three independent experiments and expressed as mean ± SEM; *P < 0.05 compared with control. [Figure presented] The authors apologise for any inconvenience caused.
