Abstract

The CXCR3 receptor represents one of the classic chemokine receptors whose accepted role is leukocyte recruitment to areas of inflammation. CXCR3 receptors are expressed on Th1, CD8, and subsets of B and NK cells, inducing inflammatory responses with the binding of IP10, MIG, and I-TAC.
