The oscillatory field was suitable adapted and integrated to produce a high frequency excitation device with no moving parts than can inject fluctuations effectively into a flow. Several linear arrays of actuators were also studied. The characterization of output of the actuator by an oscillation frequency and amplitude was also elaborated.",
