Direct evidence for majority carrier locations in the Brillouin zone of graphite

Abstract

Thermoelectric power and Hall effect quantum resonances in graphite are used to locate the majority carrier electron and hole Fermi surfaces. The electron surfaces are found in the center of the Brillouin zone edge.
