Abstract
Dizocilpine, also commonly referred to as MK-801, is a high-affinity, relatively selective, NMDA receptor channel blocker. Dizocilpine binding and receptor blockade requires an open channel. The (+)-isomer of dizocilpine is the more active. © 2007
