Abstract

Cyclosporine can be given intravenously or orally, as a solution or soft gelatin capsule. Because of the drug's poor water solubility, ethoxylated plant fats and ethanol are added to the commercially available dosage forms. 1991 Pharmacotherapy Publications Inc.
