N2 - The effective masses, carrier scattering times and carrier mobilities have been measured in selected graphite intercalation compounds (GIC) using the Shubnikov-de Haas effect at a series of temperatures between 4 and 50 K. Effective masses are ≲ 0.1 m0, scattering times ≈ 10-13 s and carrier mobilities are on the order of 104 cm2 Vs.
