Abstract

Fuertes Caminos 90-S was a Joint Chiefs of Staff co-ordinated exercise utilizing a joint combined engineer task force that was assigned the primary mission of continuing the upgrade of the Captain Rojas airfield near Potosi, Bolivia. The assigned missions consisted of excavating the east and west ends of Captain Rojas Airfield. The implied mission was to conduct an aggressive humanitarian/civic action (HCA) campaign of three separate phases.
