Abstract

As organizations acquire more influence worldwide and public support for green initiatives grows, firms are seeing the need to demonstrate environmental leadership. In this paper, the writer will discuss a theory of change approach to evaluation and examine ways it can help in designing and evaluating an Environmental Leadership Development Program. Companies are seeing the need to utilize innovative ways to develop and retain the transformational leadership that is required to help them achieve a competitive advantage and be environmentally compliant.
