Abstract

Left main coronary artery stenting requires rigorous planning and optimal execution. This case series presents a new approach to left main stenting guided by preprocedural patient-specific computational simulations. Three patients with significant left main artery disease underwent simulation-guided intervention using a novel stent scaffold purpose-built for large coronary arteries.
