N2 - We retrospectively studied the coronary arteriograms of 82 consecutive patients who underwent planned surgical repair of an ascending aorta aneurysm and an age-matched control group of 92 consecutive patients who underwent coronary angiography during the same time period. The present study examines the incidence of coronary artery ectasia in patients with aneurysms of the ascending aorta.
