Abstract
Growth regulated oncogene-beta (GRObeta), produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils and expressed at sites of inflammation, is one of the ELR+ CXC chemokine family members and a potent neutrophil attractant and activator. It binds CXCR2, a G protein-coupled receptor, on the cell surface and modulates neurotransmitter release. © 2007
