Abstract

The temperature and the magnetic-field dependences of both the Hall resistivity ρxy and the longitudinal resistivity ρxx in the mixed state of c-axis-oriented Hg0.9Tl0.1Ba2Ca2Cu3O 8+δ superconducting films with Tc > 124 K have been measured. It is found that the Hall resistivity ρxy shows a sign anomaly and scales with the longitudinal resistivity ρxx as ρxx(T) = Kρβxx(T) with β ≈ 1.8 and a magnetic-field-independent coefficient K.
