Abstract

We report for the first time an electrochemical DNA sensor that utilizes two different electroactive signaling species, methylene blue and ferrocene, simultaneously, functioning as "signal-off" and "signal-on" probes, respectively, for approximation of the mismatch location on the target DNA.
