Abstract
A case of transient LBBB under anesthesia has been presented. The patient was subsequently found to have an intermittent type LBBB and was later anesthetized without complications. The ECG pattern during the second anesthetic was one of intermittent LBBB which was not related to hypertension or tachycardia.
