Abstract

Intracoronary irradiation emerges as a promising method in a variety of restenosis prone coronary lesions. We report the acute and long-term clinical, angiographic, and ICUS follow-up of a patient who underwent a successful angioplasty with stent placement in a chronic coronary occlusion with adjuvant γ-intracoronary radiation.
