Abstract

The electrical resistivity of pitch-based carbon fibres, heat-treated at 3300 degrees C and intercalated with bromine and nitric acid, iodine monochloride, iodine monochloride and bromine, and bromine alone, is 16.7, 11.8, 17, or 11 micro-ohms/cm respectively.
