Abstract
The magnetic properties of L10 FePt and FePt:Ag nanocluster films were discussed. The sputtering gas-aggregation technique was used to prepare FePt and FePt:Ag nanocluster films. X ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and magnetometry were used to characterize the nanostruture and magnetic properties of the samples. It was found that the coercivity increases with increase of annealing temperature.
