Abstract

A case of lymphosarcoma of the larynx is added to the twenty seven found in the literature. It seems apparent from this review and added cases that lymphosarcoma is more common than reticulum cell sarcoma of the larynx, and both are more common than Hodgkin's disease of the larynx. Radiation therapy in various forms is the hallmark of treatment. Chemotherapy with or without irradiation may help to improve survival rates especially in those with more generalized disease.
