Abstract
The major metrological and technical-economic characteristics of the UHF-radiometric method of remote determination of mineralization and thermodynamic temperature of bodies of water have been studied. Discussed are methods of determining the accuracy characteristics of equipment and remote method under laboratory and field conditions, as well as the means and examples of the method's use: mappingthe mineralization of bodies of water. Results are presented from comparing data of remote measurements with data on contact physicochemical parameters of the water in a wide range of variation.
