Abstract
We report a patient with multiple sclerosis (MS) who developed left-sided neglect. Although MS is commonly associated with mental status changes, we believe that this is the first reported case of hemineglect. The deficit is probably related to the location, acuteness, size, and right hemispheric predominance of lesions in this patient.
