Abstract
The paper illustrates thermal modeling of this process with the help of a developed methodology called Data Dependent Systems (DDS). Since the isothermal curves cannot be actually observed, they are derived from the DDS model obtained from the readily measurable profiles of actual machined surfaces created by the random superimposition of electrical discharges.
