Abstract
The case of a 25-year-old male college student who presented to the emergency department with uniocular blindness is described. Initially, the injury was thought to be secondary to blunt orbital trauma. Further investigation showed an occult gunshot wound to the orbit. The diagnosis and management of penetrating orbital trauma are discussed.
