Abstract
A study was performed on probability based semantic query transformation. The method took consideration of probabilistic measurement in terms of sufficiency for constraint introduction and/or constraint removal. With the probabilistic information on a query predicate, the probabilistic and cost associated measurement in terms of constraint introduction and removal, were provided.
