Abstract

In the family: The introduction of ligand docking, molecular dynamics, and the VAST algorithm into protein structure similarity clustering greatly streamlines the process and opens up otherwise unseen connections to new protein-cluster partners. VAST = vector alignment search tool. (Figure Presented).
