Abstract

After deliberately overcorrected LASIK, producing a nasal hinge, a 39- year-old was dissatisfied with 20/40 UCVA in the left eye at 1 week, reporting 'horrific vision and glare' and difficulties at night in mesopic condition. After 1 year of pilocarpine treatment, the patient reports poor vision in the left eye and difficulty using both eyes together. He wants his left eye corrected and is concerned about using pilocarpine long term. What are the options?.
