Abstract
Endometrial ablation has been proposed as an alternative to hysterectomy for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. We describe what we believe to be the first reported case of an endometrial adenocarcinoma that may have developed shortly after endometrial ablation. (AM J OBSTET GYNECOL 1994;170:1370-1.)
