N2 - The majority of stable osteochondritis dissecans lesions of the knee in the pediatric population can be managed conservatively. However, in those children who have failed nonoperative management, extra-articular all epiphysieal drilling has been found to be an effective treatment for these lesions. Determining the 3-dimensional placement of multiple pins or drill passes with this technique can be cumbersome using standard fluoroscopy. In this technique, we describe the use of simultaneous biplanar fluoroscopy in arthroscopically assisted extra-articular all epiphyseal treatment of these lesions.
