Abstract

Thoracofemoral bypass for aortoiliac occlusive disease is a challenging procedure best-suited for the subset of patients with aortoiliac disease who have either a complication (usually occlusion) after previous aortobifemoral bypass or a hostile abdomen from a history of prior abdominal procedures or other abdominal pathology.
