Abstract

A case of verrucous squamous cell carcinoma involving the cervix and vagina simultaneously is described. The tumor was aggressive locally, recurring after radical hysterectomy and total vaginectomy. It recurred again after local radiation of minimal disease. Treatment of verrucous squamous cell carcinoma is discussed.
